I am currently training as a Forest Bathing Guide with The Forest Bathing Institute.

Time spent in the ancient woodlands of Wales, bluebell-rich forests in East Sussex, and wildlife conservancies of Kenya has shown me how deeply restorative it can be to slow down and reconnect with the natural world.

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a gentle practice that invites us to engage our senses and fully immerse ourselves in our surroundings. Through my training, I am developing the skills to lead guided experiences that help participants relax, tune into the landscape, and benefit from the wellbeing effects of being outdoors through sensory awareness and mindful exploration.

I'm excited to embark on this adventure of exploring ways to bring peace & calm into our daily lives through our connection with nature.
