I'm Robyn and I decided to set up Hummingbird Mindfulness as a sanctuary for self-care and mindfulness practices!
I'm all about discovering and embracing new techniques and practices that promote living in the present moment and I've delved into various mindfulness methods and techniques over the last few years that help me to live a more present, joyous and fulfilled life and I'm passionate to share my experiences.
Nature holds a special place in my heart, and you'll often find me advocating for the healing power of connecting with nature and the great outdoors. While my journey initially led me to train as a Forest Bathing Guide, through the esteemed Forest Bathing Institute, I found my calling lay more in sharing knowledge rather than leading groups. Rest assured, though I may not bear the official title, I'm well-versed in the theory and practices of Forest Bathing having achieved 100% in the theory exam for the qualification.
Additionally, I hold a certificate in Mindfulness and Meditation, having led classes my passion lies in sharing experiences rather than instructing. Here on Hummingbird Mindfulness, I aim to spark curiosity and inspire you to explore the wonders of self care and mindfulness alongside me.
I'll also be sharing recommendations for products that have enriched my own journey, which will be available in the Shop section. Together, let's uncover the transformative potential of self-care and mindfulness, one small change at a time.
